Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Aviation Safety Inspector to join our Flight Operations and Safety Department. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all flight operations, maintenance procedures, and ground handling activities comply with national civil aviation regulations and international standards. You will conduct regular safety audits, investigate incidents, and implement risk mitigation strategies to maintain our safety record. This position requires a deep understanding of aviation safety management systems (SMS) and a proactive approach to identifying potential hazards. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct safety audits and inspections of aircraft and flight operations.
- Monitor compliance with Uganda Civil Aviation Authority (UCAA) regulations.

- Develop and implement the airline’s Safety Management System (SMS) policies.
- Collaborate with flight crew and maintenance staff to promote safety culture.

Education
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related field.
Experience
A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in aviation safety, flight operations, or quality assurance within a commercial airline is required.
