Job Overview

The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will play a pivotal role in overseeing the medical standards and wellness programs within our specialized corporate health division. This is a high-level leadership position that requires a unique blend of clinical expertise and strategic management skills. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive corporate wellness programs to enhance employee health and productivity.
• Oversee the clinical standards and medical protocols within the corporate health department.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage relationships with external healthcare providers and medical insurance partners.
• Analyze health data and trends to proactively address medical risks within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all national healthcare regulations and medical ethics standards.

Education

Candidates must possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or an equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution. A Master’s degree in Public Health, Hospital Administration, or Business Administration is highly preferred to support the management aspects of this role.

Experience

A minimum of 8 years of clinical experience is required, with at least 3 years in a senior medical management or administrative leadership role. Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 15,000,000 SSP to 25,000,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience level.
