Job Overview
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will play a pivotal role in overseeing the medical standards and wellness programs within our specialized corporate health division. This is a high-level leadership position that requires a unique blend of clinical expertise and strategic management skills. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring health protocols that ensure the highest level of care for our staff and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate wellness programs to enhance employee health and productivity.
- Oversee the clinical standards and medical protocols within the corporate health department.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage relationships with external healthcare providers and medical insurance partners.
- Analyze health data and trends to proactively address medical risks within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all national healthcare regulations and medical ethics standards.

Education
Candidates must possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or an equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution. A Master’s degree in Public Health, Hospital Administration, or Business Administration is highly preferred to support the management aspects of this role.
Experience
A minimum of 8 years of clinical experience is required, with at least 3 years in a senior medical management or administrative leadership role. Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 15,000,000 SSP to 25,000,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience level.
