We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Innovation Manager to join our team in Mbale, Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative supply chain solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Job Overview
The Supply Chain Innovation Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative supply chain solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative supply chain solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
