  • Drive a culture of food safety awareness through regular communication, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive food safety performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to verify supplier compliance and conduct supplier audits.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for training, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in food safety software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Project management expertise to drive initiatives from concept to completion.
