Community Mobilization & Sensitization: Designing and rolling out HIV/AIDS, TB, and malaria preventive campaigns. Coordinating with local Village Health Teams (VHTs) to boost awareness and reduce stigma.Project Implementation & Quality Assurance: Aligning field activities with the overarching project timeline and donor requirements. Ensuring that clinical services maintain strict compliance with both Ministry of Health (MoH) guidelines and TASO Quality Standards. Capacity Building & Mentorship: Organizing and facilitating training sessions for frontline facility workers, local implementing partners, and community caregivers.Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as the direct bridge between TASO, District Health Teams (DHTs), civil society organizations, and local government units to streamline regional health interventions. Collaborating with data and M&E teams to monitor specific service delivery indicators, identify programmatic gaps, and submit monthly or quarterly impact reports
