Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead business operations, market growth initiatives, commercial performance, strategic partnerships, and organizational development across Uganda. The successful candidate will oversee multiple departments, drive revenue growth, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and ensure operational excellence while supporting long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Uganda country growth strategy.
- Lead business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive professional experience.
- At least 5 years in a senior management or country leadership role.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, organizational leadership, and business operations.

- Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong exposure to African markets is highly desirable.
