Job Overview

The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and providing insights to help drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning.
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel and financial modeling software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Education

A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in finance are a plus.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field. Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
