Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly organized and charismatic Hospitality Operations Manager to lead our front-of-house and back-of-house coordination in Fort Portal. This critical role is designed for a leader who thrives in high-pressure environments and possesses a deep passion for guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery across all departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest relations. This position requires a strategic thinker who can optimize operational workflows while maintaining the highest luxury standards. As we continue to expand our footprint, this role is vital for maintaining the reputation of our brand in the tourism hub of Fort Portal.
The Hospitality Operations Manager will act as the bridge between various departments, ensuring that every guest interaction is flawless. You will be responsible for managing staff performance, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing new service protocols to enhance the guest experience. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure compliance with international luxury standards.
- Coordinate between housekeeping, kitchen, and front desk departments for seamless guest transitions.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is required. Professional certifications in hospitality management or service excellence are highly desirable.
Experience
Candidates must possess at least 5 to 7 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment. Proven track record of managing large teams and improving operational efficiency is essential.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,500,000 SSP to 7,500,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics. This is a competitive package designed to attract top-tier talent.
