Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Innovation Lead to join our team in Mbarara, Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative supply chain solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
The Supply Chain Innovation Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, develop and implement new supply chain strategies, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative supply chain solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop new supply chain strategies
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of results
Required Skills
- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
Experience
8-12 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry
Salary
2,500,000 – 3,500,000 SSP per annum
