Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Engineer to join our team in Masaka, Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing renewable energy solutions for our customers.
The Renewable Energy Engineer will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to meet customer needs.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, including solar and wind power. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement renewable energy solutions for customers
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities
- Develop strategies to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, including solar and wind power
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel frequently to customer sites
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering or a related field
Experience
8-12 years of experience in the renewable energy industry
Salary
