Job Overview

The Branch Manager will lead the Mityana branch, overseeing all aspects of retail banking operations, customer service excellence, and business development. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a high‑performance culture among staff.

As the face of the bank in Mityana, the Branch Manager will implement strategic initiatives, manage risk, and build strong relationships with local businesses and community leaders. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of tellers, relationship managers, and support staff to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Develop and execute branch business plans aligned with corporate objectives and local market opportunities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
  • Monitor daily operations, including cash handling, transaction processing, and customer inquiries, to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through proactive outreach, cross‑selling of products, and superior service delivery.
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports for senior management, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster community engagement by participating in local events, networking with business owners, and promoting financial literacy.
  • Maintain a safe and secure branch environment, overseeing security protocols and emergency procedures.

Salary

The compensation package ranges from SSP 30,000,000 to SSP 45,000,000 annually, commensurate with experience and performance. The package includes performance‑based bonuses and other incentives.
