We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Sustainability Analyst to join our team in Jinja, Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability initiatives across our data center operations, ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of environmental responsibility.
Job Overview
The Data Center Sustainability Analyst will work closely with our operations team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to reduce energy consumption, waste, and emissions. This role will also involve collaborating with external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to promote sustainability best practices.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sustainability initiatives across data center operations
- Conducting regular energy audits and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with external stakeholders to promote sustainability best practices
- Developing and maintaining sustainability reports and metrics
- Providing training and support to operations teams on sustainability best practices
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Salary
The salary for this role is 1,200,000 – 1,800,000 SSP per annum.
