Job Overview

The Digital Wealth Management Analyst will join the Wealth Management team in Iganga, supporting the bank’s digital transformation agenda by designing, implementing, and optimizing digital wealth solutions for clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client data to develop personalized digital investment portfolios aligned with risk tolerance and financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to enhance digital wealth platforms, ensuring seamless user experience and robust security.
  • Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and product performance to provide actionable insights for portfolio optimization.
  • Prepare detailed digital wealth reports and dashboards for senior management and client presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal policies, and anti‑money‑laundering standards in all digital wealth activities.
  • Support relationship managers in onboarding new high‑net‑worth clients onto digital platforms.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of digital wealth strategies to improve performance and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • In‑depth knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with digital banking platforms, fintech solutions, and API integrations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional, multicultural environment.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.

Experience

Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in wealth management, investment analysis, or digital financial services. Prior exposure to digital transformation projects within the banking sector will be viewed favorably.

Salary

The successful applicant will receive a competitive monthly salary ranging from SSP 3,000,000 to SSP 5,000,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and incentives are also part of the compensation package.
