We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our team in Mbarara, Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our renewable energy projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of renewable energy projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of project team members, including engineers, technicians, and other support staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in renewable energy project management, with a strong understanding of wind energy technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and other support staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Excellent business development and sales skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, with the ability to ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with these requirements.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering or related field
