Key Duties and Responsibilities (Job Description)
The Services Project Manager (Junior) will be responsible for:
- Supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned service projects.
- Assisting senior project managers in delivering engineering and technical service assignments within agreed timelines.
- Coordinating project resources, schedules, and operational activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitoring project milestones and preparing periodic status reports for management and clients.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, project standards, health and safety regulations, and EACOP operational requirements.
- Liaising with engineering, technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure project efficiency.
- Supporting budgeting, cost control, and documentation of project expenditures.
- Identifying project risks and escalating challenges to senior management where necessary.
- Managing customer communication and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensuring technical documentation, project reports, and service records are updated and maintained properly.
- Supporting commissioning, installation, maintenance, and service operations related to Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication, and Security Systems (EITS).
- Participating in meetings, technical discussions, and project review sessions.

Required Qualifications and Education
Applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Project Management
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Telecommunications Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Or another relevant technical/engineering discipline
- Additional certifications in Project Management, PMP, PRINCE2, Health & Safety, or engineering-related training will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months (1 year) of relevant professional experience in:
- Project coordination
- Technical services management
- Engineering project support
- Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, Industrial, or Infrastructure projects
- Experience supporting engineering services or working in EITS systems environments is highly desirable.
