Job Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Sustainability Analyst to join our team in Mbale, Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving the sustainability of our supply chain operations, including sourcing, procurement, and logistics. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global organization and contribute to our mission of protecting the natural world.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct life cycle assessments of our supply chain operations to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies to reduce environmental impacts and improve social responsibility
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability considerations into business decisions
- Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics and performance indicators
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with sustainability reporting and metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
Experience
5-7 years of experience in supply chain sustainability, environmental management, or a related field
Salary
2,500,000 – 3,500,000 SSP per annum
