Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement conservation projects in collaboration with local communities and stakeholders
- Conduct field assessments and monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of conservation efforts
- Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners to promote sustainable land-use practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and partners
- Provide technical assistance and training to local communities and stakeholders on conservation practices
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in conservation, environmental management, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful conservation projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
