Job Overview

The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our workforce management software. This position is designed for a professional who understands the intersection of human resources processes and technological implementation. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, security, and efficiency of our HR data systems, providing actionable insights to leadership, and supporting end-users across the organization. As an HRIS Specialist, you will act as the bridge between the HR department and the IT department, ensuring that our software configurations align with our organizational policies and compliance requirements. You will manage system updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and lead the implementation of new modules to enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the HRIS database to ensure 100% data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate complex reports and dashboards to support strategic workforce planning.
  • Lead the implementation and testing of new HR software modules and system upgrades.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees on system usage.
  • Audit HR data regularly to ensure compliance with local labor laws and international data privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot system errors and integrate HRIS with other enterprise systems.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities regarding software configuration and data workflows.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to data privacy.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications in HRIS or Data Analytics are highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of direct experience managing HR information systems within a large-scale corporate environment. Proven experience in system implementation and data migration is a significant advantage.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,500,000 SSP to 7,500,000 SSP, depending on experience and technical expertise.
