Job Duties

The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for:

• Providing guidance on company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Addressing employee concerns and implementing initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
• Identifying training needs and coordinating programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• A strong understanding of Uganda labour laws and regulations.
