We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Kampala. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective HR strategies.
- Lead performance management initiatives to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Oversee talent acquisition and succession planning to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for organizational decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and internal corporate policies.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in strategic workforce planning and organizational design.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret HR data and trends.
- In-depth knowledge of Ugandan labor laws and employment regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related social science field is required. Professional certification such as CHRP or CIPD is highly advantageous.
Experience
Candidates must possess between 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sectors. Proven experience in a business partner role is essential for success in this position.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,500,000 SSP to 7,500,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
