We are seeking an experienced Environmental Policy Analyst to join our team in Fort Portal. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and developing policies that support conservation and sustainable development in Uganda.

Job Overview

The Environmental Policy Analyst will work closely with our conservation team to develop and implement policies that support conservation and sustainable development in Uganda. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of environmental policy and its application in Uganda.

The job involves:

  • Analyzing and developing policies that support conservation and sustainable development in Uganda
  • Working closely with our conservation team to develop and implement policies
  • Providing technical support to our conservation team on environmental policy issues
  • Representing WWF in national and international forums on environmental policy issues

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies that support conservation and sustainable development in Uganda
  • Work closely with our conservation team to develop and implement policies
  • Provide technical support to our conservation team on environmental policy issues
  • Represent WWF in national and international forums on environmental policy issues

Required Skills

  • Master’s degree in Environmental Policy or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in environmental policy analysis and development
  • Strong understanding of environmental policy and its application in Uganda
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and represent WWF in national and international forums

Education
