Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Innovation Manager to join our team in Gulu, Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative supply chain solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. The role will involve working closely with our customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative supply chain solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the logistics and supply chain management industry
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on supply chain management best practices

Required Skills

  • 8-12 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative supply chain solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field from a recognized university

Experience

8-12 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative supply chain solutions

Salary
