Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Strategy Lead will design, implement and oversee end‑to‑end recruitment strategies that align with Deloitte Uganda’s business objectives and growth plans. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate with senior leadership, hiring managers and external partners to build a robust pipeline of high‑caliber candidates across multiple service lines. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that support business growth and diversification.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand workforce planning needs and translate them into actionable hiring plans.
- Design employer branding initiatives to position Deloitte Uganda as an employer of choice in the region.
- Utilize advanced analytics and market intelligence to refine sourcing tactics and improve time‑to‑fill metrics.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities and professional networks.
- Ensure compliance with Ugandan labor laws, diversity standards and internal policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and implement recruitment technology solutions to enhance candidate experience.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, CIPD) are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
Experience
Applicants must have 5‑7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting or HR advisory, preferably within a professional services or multinational environment. Demonstrated success in leading recruitment teams and delivering large‑scale hiring initiatives is essential.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 2,500,000 to SSP 4,000,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based incentives and comprehensive benefits.
