Job Overview
The Brand Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for Coca‑Cola’s flagship products in the Mbarara region. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, trade, digital, and research, to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and market share growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 12‑month brand plans aligned with national objectives and regional market trends.
- Lead the creation of integrated marketing communications, including TV, radio, outdoor, digital, and experiential activations.
- Manage the annual brand budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI tracking.
- Conduct consumer research and analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with sales and trade teams to design promotional activities that boost shelf visibility and sales velocity.
- Oversee agency relationships, briefings, and deliverable approvals to maintain brand consistency.
- Monitor competitor activities and market shifts, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Report on campaign performance, KPI achievement, and brand health metrics on a monthly basis.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or professional certifications in digital marketing or brand management are considered an advantage.
Experience
At least five (5) years of progressive experience in brand or product marketing within the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, preferably with exposure to beverage brands. Demonstrated success in leading multi‑channel campaigns and achieving measurable business outcomes is essential.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 30,000,000 to SSP 45,000,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based incentives and bonuses are also part of the total rewards structure.
