We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Geospatial Analyst to join our team in Mbale, Uganda.
Job Overview
The Digital Geospatial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting geospatial data to support business decision-making. This will involve working with a range of data sources, including satellite imagery, GPS data, and spatial databases.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in geospatial technology and data analysis, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret geospatial data to support business decision-making
- Develop and implement geospatial data models and algorithms
- Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize geospatial data needs
- Develop and maintain geospatial data visualizations and dashboards
Required Skills
- Strong background in geospatial technology and data analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and technical skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience
5-7 years of experience in geospatial data analysis and interpretation
Salary
