Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient E-Learning Content Developer to join our Academic Technology Services team. This role is pivotal in transforming traditional curriculum into engaging, interactive, and accessible digital learning modules. The successful candidate will work closely with faculty members to design pedagogical frameworks that leverage modern educational technologies. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop interactive multimedia learning content including video tutorials, interactive quizzes, and digital simulations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex academic concepts into digestible digital modules.
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless user experience for students and faculty.
  • Implement accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure all digital content is inclusive for learners with disabilities.
  • Analyze student engagement data to continuously improve the effectiveness of digital learning materials.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to digital course delivery and provide support to academic staff.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design models like ADDIE or SAM.
  • Exceptional digital literacy and ability to manage Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple content development timelines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse academic departments.

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in Digital Learning or Curriculum Development will be highly advantageous.

Experience

Candidates must possess at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in digital content creation, instructional design, or educational technology development. Salary
