Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our team in Mbale, Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role will involve working closely with our customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Work closely with our customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that any variances are reported and addressed promptly.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards, and that any defects or issues are identified and addressed promptly.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 8-12 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
Salary: 8,000,000 – 12,000,000 SSP per annum.
