Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Systems Engineer to join our team in Fort Portal, Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining wind energy systems for our customers.

The Renewable Energy Systems Engineer will work closely with our sales and technical teams to identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and install wind energy systems for customers
  • Perform site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the suitability of wind energy systems
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify customer needs and provide solutions
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on wind energy systems
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering or related field
  • 8-12 years of experience in wind energy systems design, installation, and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of wind energy systems and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering or related field from a recognized institution.

Experience

8-12 years of experience in wind energy systems design, installation, and maintenance.

Salary

8,000,000 – 12,000,000 SSP per annum.
