Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative supply chain strategies that improve cost efficiency, service levels, and sustainability metrics.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects integrating advanced analytics, AI, and IoT solutions to enhance demand forecasting and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to streamline processes and reduce lead times.
  • Implement end‑to‑end visibility tools, ensuring real‑time tracking of goods from suppliers to customers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights for senior leadership.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have 5‑7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably within a multinational consumer goods or fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. Experience working in emerging markets, particularly in East Africa, will be viewed favorably.
