Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians in daily inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs of wind turbines.
• Develop and execute maintenance schedules that align with manufacturer recommendations and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor turbine performance data, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, conducting regular safety briefings and audits.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee procurement of critical components.
• Prepare detailed maintenance reports, cost analyses, and performance dashboards for senior management.
• Collaborate with the engineering department on root‑cause investigations and design improvements.
• Mentor junior technicians, providing on‑the‑job training and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of wind turbine mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using condition‑monitoring tools, SCADA systems, and maintenance management software.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a data‑driven approach to performance optimization.
• Leadership and team‑building skills with a focus on safety culture.
• Effective communication skills for interfacing with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a closely related discipline is required. Relevant certifications such as Certified Wind Turbine Technician (CWT) or equivalent are highly desirable.

Experience

Minimum of five (5) years of hands‑on experience in wind turbine maintenance, heavy equipment servicing, or a comparable industrial setting. Prior supervisory or team‑lead experience is essential.

Salary

The competitive salary range for this role is SSP 3,000,000 to SSP 5,000,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based incentives may be offered.
