Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and create personas to inform design decisions.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.
  • Perform usability testing and iterate on feedback to refine user experiences.
  • Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies in the digital innovation sector.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI/UX design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects in enterprise or digital environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on user-centric design principles.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience

Salary

1,500,000 – 2,500,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
