Job Overview

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning and analysis activities within the bank. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Candidates with advanced degrees such as an MBA are highly preferred.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field. Prior experience in financial analysis or a similar role is beneficial.
