Job Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support the bank’s long-term objectives.
• Manage capital allocation and liquidity to ensure optimal financial health.
• Lead the tax strategy and ensure full compliance with all local and international regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors to drive business growth and profitability.
• Oversee internal controls and risk management frameworks to protect bank assets.
• Provide expert financial analysis to support strategic decision-making across all departments.

Education

A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is highly preferred to ensure technical proficiency in high-level financial management.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior financial management roles, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. A proven track record of managing large-scale financial operations and leading diverse teams is essential for success in this role.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 15,000,000 SSP to 25,000,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
