  • Monitor real‑time flight schedules, coordinate turn‑around times, and resolve operational disruptions promptly.
  • Manage relationships with ground service contractors, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency response drills.
  • Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and cost analyses for senior management.
