Job Overview

The Beverage Production Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Masindi bottling line, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule production staff to achieve daily output goals.
• Monitor equipment performance, conduct routine checks, and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, GMP, and internal quality protocols.
• Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records, batch logs, and inventory reports.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve non‑conformities.
• Lead safety briefings, enforce PPE usage, and promote a zero‑incident workplace.
• Manage raw material handling, storage, and waste disposal in line with environmental standards.
• Prepare shift handover reports and communicate key performance indicators to senior management.
