Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct digital maturity assessments for clients in Mbale and surrounding regions
  • Develop customized digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
  • Lead implementation of cloud computing, AI, and data analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in digital transformation projects
  • Expertise in enterprise software solutions (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of Ugandan market dynamics and regulatory environment

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Master’s Degree or professional certifications (PMP, AWS, etc.) preferred

Experience

  • 3-5 years in digital consulting or technology implementation roles
  • Experience working with SMEs and large enterprises in East Africa

Salary

1,500,000 – 2,500,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
