Job Overview

The Digital Transformation Lead will spearhead the design, implementation, and governance of end‑to‑end digital initiatives that enable Huawei’s clients to modernize their operations, improve customer experiences, and achieve measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Digital Strategy, the role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including solution architects, product managers, and regional sales, to translate market needs into scalable digital solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with client objectives and Huawei’s strategic goals.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through the full lifecycle of digital initiatives, from discovery and design to deployment and post‑implementation support.
• Conduct business process analyses, identify automation opportunities, and recommend technology solutions such as AI, IoT, cloud, and data analytics.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to craft compelling value propositions and proposals for prospective and existing customers.
• Establish governance frameworks, performance metrics, and continuous improvement processes to ensure project success and ROI.
• Represent Huawei at industry forums, conferences, and client workshops to promote thought leadership in digital transformation.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and customer‑centricity.

Required Skills

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions.
• Proficiency in digital platforms, cloud services (public and hybrid), data analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Project management expertise, preferably with PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving priorities.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital transformation, cloud architecture, or business analytics are highly desirable.

Experience

Minimum of five years of experience leading digital transformation projects, preferably within the telecommunications, finance, or public sector. Demonstrated success in delivering large‑scale technology initiatives and a track record of measurable business impact are essential.

Salary

The competitive compensation package ranges from SSP 30,000,000 to SSP 45,000,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and incentives are also part of the overall remuneration.
