Job Overview
The Digital Transformation Lead will spearhead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive digital strategies for Accenture’s key clients across multiple sectors, including finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and public services. This role requires a visionary mindset to assess client readiness, define transformation roadmaps, and oversee the implementation of innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure delivery excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end digital transformation engagements, from initial assessment to solution deployment and post‑implementation support.
- Develop tailored digital strategies aligned with client business objectives, market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including consultants, engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver integrated solutions.
- Manage client relationships, facilitate workshops, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high quality standards.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development and thought leadership initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in digital strategy, enterprise architecture, and change management.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing C‑level executives.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and robotic process automation.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
Education
A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required. Relevant professional certifications in digital transformation, cloud, or project management are highly valued.
Experience
Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in digital consulting or technology implementation, with at least three years in a leadership or lead role overseeing large‑scale transformation programs.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 3,000,000 to SSP 5,000,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based bonuses, health insurance, and a retirement savings plan.
