Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage logistics activities, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on shipments.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Maintain up-to-date records of inventory levels, orders, and shipping documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues related to logistics operations.
