Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Systems Engineer to join our team in Masaka, Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing renewable energy systems for our clients in the energy sector. The position requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, as well as experience with renewable energy technologies such as solar and wind power.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop renewable energy systems for clients in the energy sector
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the suitability of renewable energy technologies for clients
- Develop and implement energy efficiency measures to reduce energy consumption and costs for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide technical support and training to clients on renewable energy systems
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and renewable energy technologies
- Experience with design and development of renewable energy systems
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience: 8-12 years of experience in renewable energy systems design and development
