Position Overview
Uganda Christian University invites applications from qualified and motivated professionals for the position of Lecturer within the Faculty of Business and Management. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, research, curriculum development, academic mentorship, and institutional service while supporting the university’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in assigned disciplines.
- Design and update course materials aligned with academic standards.
- Conduct scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
- Participate in curriculum review and program development initiatives.
- Support university accreditation and quality assurance processes.
- Mentor students and provide academic guidance.

- Support innovation, entrepreneurship, and knowledge-transfer initiatives.

Education Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- PhD qualification is highly preferred and may attract additional compensation.
- Evidence of research publications will be an advantage.
- Professional certifications relevant to the discipline are desirable.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–7 years of teaching experience in higher education.
- Demonstrated research and publication record.
- Experience supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Strong academic writing and presentation skills.
- Experience with blended learning and educational technologies is preferred.
