💼 Job Overview

Premier Credit Uganda is seeking dynamic and results-driven SME Logbook Champions to drive sales of its logbook loan and SME financing products across Uganda.

This role focuses on sales growth, client acquisition, credit advisory, and loan portfolio management, while ensuring responsible lending practices and strong customer relationships.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

🚗 1. SME Logbook Loan Sales & Marketing

  • Market and promote logbook loan products to vehicle owners
  • Identify and acquire new SME and retail clients
  • Expand business across existing and new markets

💰 2. Credit Advisory & Loan Management

  • Advise clients on borrowing and loan structuring
  • Support clients in loan repayment and financial management
  • Promote responsible lending practices

📊 3. Portfolio & Risk Management

  • Monitor loan portfolio performance and client retention
  • Assess and evaluate credit risk of clients
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures

📈 4. Sales Targets & Performance

  • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
  • Drive continuous growth in SME lending portfolio
  • Work in a high-performance, target-driven environment

👥 5. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Recruit, train, and supervise Sales Agents
  • Support field teams in achieving sales performance goals

📢 6. Reporting & Customer Service

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Handle client issues and ensure timely resolution of complaints
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies, Business Administration, or related field

💼 Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, credit, or marketing
  • Experience in banking, microfinance, or insurance sector (advantage)
  • Knowledge of payroll lending or logbook financing (added advantage)

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of credit and lending processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets

  • Age: Above 23 years
