Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable agriculture practices across our operations in Uganda
- Collaborate with farmers and other stakeholders to promote sustainable agriculture practices
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving sustainable agriculture practices
- Develop and implement training programs for farmers and other stakeholders on sustainable agriculture practices
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Agriculture or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in sustainable agriculture
- Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field
