Job Overview

The Cybersecurity Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the security operations center (SOC) and ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our network and data assets. This role is critical in defending against evolving cyber threats and managing the organization’s security posture. This position requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex security architectures while leading a team of highly skilled analysts. You will work closely with various departments to integrate security protocols into all business processes, ensuring that security is not an afterthought but a fundamental component of our digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) to detect and respond to security incidents.
• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and incident response protocols.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses.
• Oversee threat intelligence gathering and analysis to proactively mitigate emerging risks.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure security controls are integrated into network design.
• Manage security compliance audits and ensure adherence to international standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the cybersecurity technical team.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Expertise in incident response frameworks and forensic investigation techniques.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and data protection laws.
• Exceptional leadership and project management capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex technical security risks to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) tools.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly preferred and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role. Proven experience in managing large-scale network security environments is essential. We are looking for individuals who have successfully navigated complex security breaches and implemented robust recovery strategies.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 8,500,000 SSP to 12,000,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s expertise and proven track record in the field.
