Job Purpose

The Head Mechanic will be responsible for supervising and carrying out repair, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of passenger vehicles and related automotive equipment. Key Job Responsibilities (JD)

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs

• Conduct repair and maintenance of passenger vehicles and transport equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and technical faults accurately
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Ensure vehicles remain roadworthy and operational

Fleet Equipment Management

Maintain and repair:

• Toyota Double Cabin Pick-ups
• Toyota Premio Cars
• Toyota Land Cruiser / Prado Vehicles
• Motorcycles including TVS, Bajaj, and Yamaha
• Golf Carts and utility vehicles

Mechanical Diagnostics & Troubleshooting

• Conduct inspections to identify mechanical failures and defects
• Perform engine diagnostics and technical repairs
• Ensure replacement parts and servicing meet quality standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service schedules

Safety & Operational Compliance

• Ensure workplace safety during repair and maintenance procedures
