Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Hospitality Revenue Manager to join our team in Fort Portal. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic pricing models to maximize RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and seasonal demand patterns to adjust rates dynamically.
  • Manage distribution channels including OTAs, GDS, and direct booking engines to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to create promotional offers and seasonal packages.
  • Provide detailed weekly and monthly revenue reports to the General Manager and stakeholders.
  • Monitor booking pace and identify potential revenue leakage or missed opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in revenue management software and Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of the hospitality market dynamics in East Africa.
  • Expertise in Excel and data visualization tools.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certification in Revenue Management is highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or financial analysis within a luxury hotel environment.
