Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new technologies into existing processes.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proven experience in manufacturing process engineering.

Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in manufacturing engineering are preferred.
Experience
