Key Duties and Responsibilities (Job Description)
The Head Mortgages and Consumer Banking (HFB) will be responsible for:
- Leading the strategic development and implementation of mortgage and consumer banking products and services.
- Driving growth in mortgage lending, personal loans, salary loans, savings, deposits, and retail banking solutions.
- Developing and implementing business growth strategies to increase customer acquisition and market share.
- Managing and overseeing the performance of the mortgages and consumer banking division to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitoring portfolio quality and implementing risk mitigation strategies to reduce non-performing loans.
- Ensuring compliance with banking regulations, internal controls, and industry standards.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, developers, real estate partners, and financial institutions.
- Leading product innovation to improve customer experience and expand financial inclusion initiatives.
- Managing branch and sales teams to improve productivity and service delivery.
- Preparing business performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in consumer banking and mortgage financing.

Required Qualifications and Education
Applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in:
